What do we validate?

Syntax

Detect if user mistyped their email or someone trying to use random/incorrect email.

MX Records

We check if MX records exist. Missing MX records means email won't be delivered.

SMTP

We ping the SMTP Server to validate whether the email exists. We do not sent email. This is the most important and tricky step.

Accept All

This is an Email Server configuration where all emails are accepted or at least pretends to accept.

International Email

API is capable to validate International Emails (Other languages) like Hindi (India), Russian, etc. Note: Cannot validate right to left written languages.

Free/Professional

Detection of whether email is from popular free email service providers or professional (custom domain).

Our API is offered via RapidAPI. So, you need to signup directly at RapidAPI, then subscribe to our API from Hub.

No, our Basic plan is free to use without providing payment information. Only when you want more verifications, you need to upgrade to a paid plan.

No, the emails that you verify and the responses are not stored in database. However, the emails will be logged temporarily (in masked form) to provide you customer support and to detect violation of our Anti Spam policy.

Well, the SMTP verification depends on the recipient mail server. Some don't provide accurate SMTP responses. Few are configured as Catch All servers.

We rely solely on SMTP verification. Some free email providers like Yahoo, Aol, Mail.ru are all Catch All servers. We cannot provide the accurate status. Other providers like Gmail, Rediffmail are not catch all, so we can accurately verify them. Our best results are for professional email verifications.
